It depends on the distance and the size of your move. Intrastate moves within Florida are typically delivered within 1 to 3 days. Interstate moves can take anywhere from 3 to 10 days depending on the destination. We give you a clear delivery window with your estimate so you can plan accordingly.
No. We believe in dedicated service. Your belongings are kept separate and secure to prevent loss or mix-ups.
Life happens, and we get it. If you need to adjust your delivery date, give us as much notice as possible and we will do our best to accommodate the change. Adjustments within 48 hours of pickup may carry a rescheduling fee depending on our truck availability.
Yes. If your new home is not ready yet, we can hold your belongings in our secure storage facility for as long as you need. Short-term storage of a few days is often included in your estimate. For longer storage, let us know during your quote so we can build it into your plan.
Safety comes first. If severe weather hits the route, we pause the drive until conditions are safe to continue. We monitor weather and road reports throughout the trip and keep you updated on any timing changes. Your belongings stay secure inside the truck while we wait it out.
Highway travel involves vibration and movement. We use extra padding, shrink wrap, and strap everything securely to the truck walls to ensure nothing shifts during the drive.
